Use our contact form and provide the following information:
- Date
- Number of Guests
- Occasion
I will get in touch with you to plan the details, location and time.
A 50% (of the overall cost of your event) non refundable retainer t is required to book your event.
The remaining amount is due 72 hours (3 days) before your event.
Accepted payment methods are
- IBAN bank transfer
- If you need to cancel your event with us, we require a 72-hour notice. Cancellations made with 72 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus 50% of the overall event cost.
- While we do not offer refunds, you can reschedule the event subject to availability within 30 days of the original picnic date.
We promise to do our best to make your Picnic happen by relocating the event or changing dates due to weather.
